Amanda Moore is an autodidact artist. Her passion for wildlife conservation and understanding the natural world that surrounds us fuels her imagination and her imagery. She is best known for her hauntingly surreal visions which evoke a magical tenderness, uniting the beautiful relationships between nature and spirit.

“Having a deep reverence for exploring and understanding the natural world has been with me since I was very young. The need to learn it’s languages and experiment with various avenues of attempting to translate my understanding through drawing and painting remains a close companion and gentle tether.

By rendering what I feel and the messages that come into physical form through art and action.

Painting helps me reconcile with life, while navigating the peculiar business of “humaning”. I have done it, and will continue to whether or not anyone is looking.

My hope is to inspire a primordial remembrance of the wild world around us and the symbiosis between all things spirited.

This makes a life worth living. To stir curiosity, to initiate a visual invitation that awakens a deeper understanding of those more ethereal joining veils between this world and others.”
